For the last 5 years, Eric Weiler has been working as a Food Technologist, the last two and a half years, he has been a member of the Agropur team.
Eric works with the Nutrition Innovation group in La Crosse, WI. He specializes in developing and flavoring instant non-dairy protein beverages, mostly pea and rice protein. Eric is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Business emphasis.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, playing volleyball and bowling.
