Stephen Borleske is a Food Technologist in the innovation department of Agropur Ingredients, and has been for the past 15 years. He works closely with the cheese group for flow agents and the cultured dairy group to enhance product offerings. He is also qualified to operate all pilot plant equipment in the food and beverage lab in La Crosse, WI. Stephen graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, with a bachelor of arts degree in Chemistry.
On top of this, Stephen is a member of the American Chemical Society and a member of the American Association of Candy Technologists!
