- Customer Satisfaction – A customer satisfaction survey is sent out to each customer once a year asking for feedback in quality, promptness, helpfulness, accuracy, and partnership
- Customer Journey – Customer journeys are available upon request- these presentations walk our customer through each step, department, and individual who works on their products.
- White Papers – Quarterly publications shared with employees, customers, and media outlets. Informative pieces on industry trends, and products/services offered by Agropur
- Insider’s Expo – Annual employee engagement event to educated our employees on our customers finished goods containing Agropur-made or supplied ingredients and private label offerings- samples for a number of items available during the Expo
- Excellence in Action – In conjunction with HC, a values based recognition program to recognize employees going above and beyond
- CRM – A customer relationship management system designed to track sales, opportunities, success rates, customer rankings, customer complaints (coming in 2018), and follow up tasks (now linked with Conxus, the sample request program, and the price formulator for centralized storage and streamlined tracking)
