Recap: IFT 2015

IFT’s (Institute of Food Technologists) 2015 annual food expo and meeting ended in Chicago IL on Tuesday, July 14th. Agropur was represented by both sales and marketing teams from Davisco and Agropur Ingredients.

IFT is one of the premier venues for food scientists, manufacturers and ingredients suppliers to exchange fresh formulation ideas and get a first-hand look at the latest trends, the newest products, and the most recent innovations driving food science.

The Agropur team was kept busy meeting clients and showcasing their newest and most innovative product applications. Davisco presented their Alpha-Lactalbumin protein beverage and premium trail mix bar with BioZate whey protein. Agropur Ingredients showed their Keystone stabilizers systems within a Lemonlish ice frozen dessert, Cornerstone protein products with a protein tea lattes and finally both PZ-44 and Capstone anti-caking agents in a hot and melty Quesachias.

Having multiple business units show side-by-side helps to communicate the strength of Agropur’s influence within the food industry.
