IsoChill 8000 & IsoChill 8010 (WPC): Cold filtered whey protein isolate (WPI) is manufactured entirely in the United States and is the purest form of whey protein available. It is produced utilizing a confidential low temperature cold microfiltration process to contain a full balance of bioactive whey proteins including immunoglobulin (IgG), lactoferrin (Lf) and glycomacropeptide (GMP).
Crinolac DPS: Crinolac DPS is a Deproteinized Whey Powder with terrific application opportunities into various dairy, beverage and bakery food spaces. The product has an ability to melt and re-crystalize, contains wonderful flavor potentiators and has shown great versatility in different flavor arenas such as sweet, zesty and savory. Sauces, Baked Goods, Beverages, Fillings and even frozen desserts have functional requirements fulfilled by DPS. Crinolac can be used as a full or partial replacement for sweet whey depending on application. Offers manufacturers the ability to reduce cost but maintain product integrity.
